For a Word document of the entry form click here Generic_Entry_Form_doc, and for a pdf version click hereGeneric_Entry_Form_pdf. This is a generic form suitable for all competitions. Delete the parts that do not apply.
Image files are to be 1400 pixels max width and 1050 pixels max height. Portrait format images are to be a maximum of 1050 pixels high. Images are to be JPEG and in sRGB colour space.
New 2022 Print Labels - please print this file and use on the back of mounted Prints
Click on the above link for a page of print labels suitable for competition entries. Labels are to be stuck to the back of the mount as near as practical to the top right hand corner. If there is any chance of doubt as to the correct orientation of the print, an arrow is to be fixed pointing to the top of the image.
